what is coffee?

Coffee is a brewed drink prepared from roasted coffee beans, which are the seeds of "berries" from the Coffeaplant. Coffee plants are cultivated in over 70 countries, primarily in the equatorial regions of the Americas, Southeast Asia, India and Africa. The two most commonly grown are the highly regarded arabica, and the less sophisticated but stronger and more hardy robusta. The latter is resistant to the coffee leaf rust, Hemileia vastatrix, but has a more bitter taste. Once ripe, coffee beans are picked, processed, and dried. Green (unroasted) coffee beans are one of the most traded agricultural commodities in the world. Once traded, the beans are roasted to varying degrees, depending on the desired flavor, before being ground and brewed to create coffee.

HISTORY OF COFFEE

This is some text inside of a div block. The history of coffee goes at least as far back as the 10th century, with a number of reports and legends surrounding its first use. The native (undomesticated) origin of coffee is thought to have been Ethiopia. The earliest substantiated evidence of either coffee drinking or knowledge of the coffee tree is from the 15th century, in the Sufi monasteries of Yemen.[1] By the 16th century, it had reached the rest of the Middle East, Persia, Turkey, Horn of Africa, and northern Africa. Coffee then spread to the Balkans, Italy and to the rest of Europe, to Indonesia and then to America.

good effects of coffee

1.Coffee can make you smarter

2. Coffee Can Help You Burn Fat and Improves Physical Performance

3.Coffee May Decrease Your Risk of Dying

Coffee doesn't just keep you awake, it may literally make you smarter as well. The active ingredient in coffee is caffeine, which is a stimulant and the most commonly consumed psychoactive substance in the world.
There's a good reason why you will find caffeine in most commercial fat burning supplements.Caffeine, partly due to its stimulant effect on the central nervous system, both raises metabolism and increases the oxidation of fatty acids .Caffeine can also improve athletic performance by several mechanisms, including by mobilizing fatty acids from the fat tissues.
Many people still seem to think that coffee is unhealthy. This isn't surprising though, since it is very common for conventional wisdomto be at exact odds with what the actual studies say.In two very large prospective epidemiological studies, drinking coffee was associated with a lower risk of death by all causes.
